today. It's amazing accuracy for a variety of material makes it ideal for
many production lines. Where as a horizontal
measuring wheel would work best for small tubing that is less that
3" in diameter, the Pipe Mill assembly is perfect for large pipe and thick
roll form products. This unit less obtrusive in the cut-off path
and simple to maintain.
All Tallyrand Measuring Wheels transmit encoder output to your Tallyrand
Control System, allowing you to monitor the exact performance of your
system. All control arms and guide rods can be opened and closed from your
control
console, letting the operator make any necessary adjustments.
